Description
An aged Shu Pu-erh from Yunnan’s Mountain Song, with a soft, rounded, and delicate character. Despite the age of the raw material, this tea does not seek to surprise with sharpness or excessive body—its main characteristic lies in its calm, harmonious flavor.
Aroma: damp wood, nut shells, dark cocoa, and dried fruit.
Main flavor: walnut, prunes, dates, cocoa, and woody notes with a rounded, velvety texture.
Aftertaste: a soft, nutty sweetness, dried fruit, and woody undertones that gradually fade without any pronounced bitterness.
Body: smooth, soft, moderately full-bodied, without harsh astringency.
The cake contains a noticeable amount of large leaves, twigs, and golden buds. This uneven structure is characteristic of certain types of compressed tea leaves but does not in itself determine the tea’s quality.
