A Chinese red tea made from tender buds with golden downy hairs. It features a mellow, sweet flavor with notes of honey, caramel, roasted sweet potato, and dried fruit.
The aroma features floral nectar and warm honey tones, with bready notes in the aftertaste—a pleasant sweetness without any harsh astringency.
The 2026 harvest in sample format is an excellent opportunity to discover one of China’s iconic black teas.
This uneven texture is characteristic of certain types of compressed tea leaves, but it does not in itself determine the tea’s quality.
