Raw material: only the earliest spring buds and one or two tender leaves.
Shape: tightly twisted into spirals.
Aroma: intense, floral-fruity, sometimes reminiscent of peach, apricot, jasmine.
Taste: fresh, slightly sweet, with a soft grassy note and a light mineral base. Aftertaste — clean and long-lasting, without bitterness.
