A Taiwanese Li Shan oolong, GABA-processed and lightly roasted to around 40 per cent. Here, the GABA profile blends with the warm, slightly toasty character of the oolong.

The aroma features baked fruit, honey, caramel, warm baked goods and light nutty undertones. On the palate, it is a soft, rounded and sweet infusion, where the fruitiness gradually gives way to pleasant roasted and caramel notes.

The roasting isn’t heavy — rather, it brings the flavours together, adds depth and makes the tea feel warmer, whilst preserving the freshness and sweetness of the raw leaves themselves.
