  • food products after opening
  • custom-made products
    6.3. Returns must be in unchanged condition.
    6.4. The Store may reduce the refund if product value decreases.

7. Returns
7.1. Return shipping cost is paid by the Customer.
7.2. International return costs are not covered.
7.3. Refunds are processed after inspection.

8. Complaints
