Dragon Unicorn — 2023 Sheng Pu-erh, 100 g Dragon Unicorn is a young sheng pu-erh from the Linzhang region of Yunnan, one of the most renowned pu-erh-producing regions. The tea is made from spring-harvested leaves and pressed into a small 100-gram cake—convenient both for trying young sheng pu-erh and for storage. The flavor features fresh fruitiness, a light astringency, and a pleasant sweetness. In the first few infusions, the tea may be brighter and more invigorating, gradually revealing softer fruity and honeyed notes. The aftertaste is clean, sweet, and quite long-lasting. This is a young sheng pu-erh, so the freshness of the raw leaves and the character of green pu-erh are still clearly evident. When stored properly, it will gradually become smoother and more complex, changing its aroma and flavor over the years. And yes, for us, it’s already a bit of a legend. Dragon Unicorn was out of stock for almost a year—and now we’ve finally brought it back. The very tea that so many have been waiting for is back on the shelf.
