This oolong originates from the Li Shan (梨山) mountains in Taiwan, a region where tea grows at altitudes from 1500 to 2400 meters above sea level.
This climate gives it a distinctive profile:
light sweetness, delicate fruitiness, and that characteristic 'pear' note beloved by connoisseurs of high-mountain oolongs.
The leaves develop slowly, resulting in a clean, velvety, and very aromatic brew.
